Music for the yOnilates® programme
yOnilates® is a unique series of exercises designed by award-winning somatic sex educator, Laura-Doe, to awaken, isolate and tone the marvellous orchestra of muscles of your pelvis and facilitate a deeper connection with this potent and richly innervated area.
The benefits of a healthy and toned pelvic floor include increased vaginal sensation and more frequent orgasms, easier childbirth and reduction in the risk of involuntary leakage when you cough or laugh or exercise (urinary stress incontinence).
This package does not have exercise instructions. It is designed for those who have attended a yOnilates® class and would like to practice with the music at home. If you have not attended a yOnilates® class but are interested in the programme then please join our mailing list at www.yonilates.com and we'll let you know as soon as the package with instructions is available.
